List your ideal customers/audiences problems, fears & goals

Content Category

Make categories of the things you are going to talk about

It usually looks like


  • Education

  • Inspiration

  • Trust

  • Product/service



Content Purpose

Each post has a purpose, and the results you can expect from it are different


  • Sales - website clicks, sales, direct messages

  • Brand awareness - reach, shares, likes, reposts, saves, follows, profile visits, word of mouth

  • Community building - comments, saves, shares, conversation, DMs, participation



Content Creation

To make a post you pick & mix (each day a different combination)


For example

Content Pillar - A problem

Content Category - A service

Content Purpose - A sale


If I were a personal trainer my content choices might look like this..

Content Pillar - A problem - A new Mother is struggling to lose her baby weight

Content Category - A service - Posting a discount code for those who sign up for my '30 day Healthy Mom's' challenge

Content Purpose - A sale - Converting my 'new Mom' audience into paying clients


Content Pillar - A goal - My followers want to work out at home

Content Category - Education - Posting my 14-day at home workout routine and encouraging participants to post their results

Content Purpose - Brand Awareness - Clients post and share their results from your service to their own audience and spread word of your business
